The everythings approach
Everythings provides you with fully managed project teams or a single consultant. We follow agile methodologies and apply these on our hardware and software development. We are flexible, and our way of working can be altered based on your specific needs.
Our regular approach, however, is tailored to accommodate most applications. Going from a very specific optimization project for which we build a single device IoT Solution, to a B2C project where we build an IoT Solution for mass manufacturing by an Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS).

Prospecting Phase
At Everythings we first want to get to know your project/company, learning how you are currently working and what you desire.
This way we can get a better understanding of the requirements, goals and strategies; which enables us to discover any hidden current problems and all optimization possibilities.
We turn the data from the discovery phase in valuable information on which we can base our solutions, keeping the impact of possible solutions on your company's day-to-day operations in mind.
The theoretical and high-level solutions are then fine-tuned and processed into one or, if required, multiple designs during the design phase.
A detailed design is created, which will be used as the initial proposal for your project. The design will usually contain at least an estimation of project costs, a project outline of the architectural needs and the blueprint for the device(s) that constitute the IoT Solution.
Finally, we present you the design and once a go ahead is given, we start working on the first prototype!
Development Phase
We believe in the agile methodology. That’s why we work with prototypes that can be tested and changed during the initial development of the project.
This way we can make adjustments based on the feedback from the client. Prototyping goes hand in hand with development, but in this early phase we want to ensure that the key concepts are working before we start building the complete application.
In this phase, we start building the complete solution, based on the learnings of the prototype and earlier phases. We will still work agile regarding software development, but the hardware should be pretty much on point.
Production samples are created, tested and integrated in the whole system. However, the current iterations should be more inline and less frequent. Features are implemented and reviewed, working towards a first production release and a possible rollout of the solution.
We will help with the manufacturing and installation process, and provide the information and necessary materials to do so.
Continuation Phase
We provide monitoring and managed services for our IOT solutions. This includes OTA (over the air updates) and alarms, as we aim to provide secure and trusted systems that can be regularly updated if needed.
We believe that maintaining an IOT device is crucial for the trust in companies and vendors.
At this point, your IOT solution is going strong. You are getting feedback from end users and/or the data from the system. Maybe you only opted to implement your desired solution partially.
Either way, in the iteration phase, we aim to improve the solution over time. We go back to the design or develop phase if needed. We even enhance existing capabilities or add entirely new features.
